Q: Will you meet with me in person to discuss my event?

A: Yes. We will meet with you in person beforehand to discuss and plan your event. We want to get to know you so you are comfortable and know we can provide you with the highest level of service. Ongoing communication is the key to a successful event.

Q: Do you provide a consultation service?

A: Yes. We will work together with you before the event designing an entertainment plan so your event flows smoothly. We will coordinate with your other event professionals to ensure that each detail goes as planned with the correct music playing. You have the peace of mind to smile, have fun and enjoy your celebration. There is no additional charge for this service.

Q: Will Soundtrack Events be the DJ or will you be sending a subcontractor?

As in any business, everyone knows that good help is hard to find… that’s one reason why we remain a small group and avoid subcontractors. At Soundtrack Events, we are always upfront and honest with exactly who will be at your event. Experience brings knowledge of common problems to any situation. At any time, you can feel free to contact us with your questions or concerns.

Q: Can you provide music for the wedding ceremony as well as the reception?

A: Yes. We frequently supply ceremony music. This option includes a music mix you select for that segment of your event. We can provide sound equipment for the participants as well and even provide ordained and licensed Officiant to perform your ceremony. Please note there is a small fee if the sound system needs relocation to another venue.

Q: Do you cooperate with the other vendors to make the event go as smoothly as possible?

A: We not only work with you to plan your event but we also work closely with the other vendors as needed. We can provide them with a copy of the event timeline so they can be prepared for all of the festivities before they happen. We provide you with the materials and our knowledge to help you plan your event from start to finish. During our consultation with you, we discuss what type of festivities you would like and when you would like them to happen so your special day unfolds as you envisioned. The experience, professionalism and coordinated efforts of all your entertainment vendors are vital to the success of your event. Relax, you can enjoy your special day with us!!

Q: Can we come to a reception/event to see you in action?

A: Most events are private, and because we respect our clients’ right to privacy we cannot accommodate this request. In turn, we will never make a request of you to allow any of our prospective clients to attend your private event. We focus 100% of our attention on your needs and requests. If we have a public performance coming up, we would be glad to have you attend. We have videos and pictures of us  in action available on our Facebook Page or YouTube Channel Soundtrack Events.
